Group Exercise classes
Do you need extra motivation to start an exercise program? At Team8 Physio, we offer a range of group classes in Yoga and Pilates.
- Want to start exercising, but don’t know where to start?
- Do you find it hard to stay motivated?
- Have you been injured at the gym and need to get back to an exercise program?
If the answer to these questions is “yes” then you will benefit from our group exercise classes designed specifically for certain age groups and held right here at the Dee Why practice and run by a fully qualified and experienced physiotherapist. Our group classes are held in small groups of between 5-7.
Falls prevention functional program (Over 65’s)
Group classes for our seniors who are at risk of falls and experience lack of strength, balance and functionality.
